This Privacy Policy explains how Alhamd Telecom collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Alhamd Ecosystem through mobilesphone.pk, connected dashboards, and related services.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use.

Information You Provide

We may collect your name, email address, business name, support messages, store information, content plans, offers, campaigns, notes, account settings, and information included in support, correction, or deletion requests.

Information From Connected Social-Media Accounts

When you connect a supported account, the relevant platform provides information that you authorize through its permission screen.

For TikTok, the Service may request the following read-only permissions, subject to TikTok approval and your authorization:

  • user.info.basic for basic account identity information.
  • user.info.profile for profile information.
  • user.info.stats for account-level statistics such as follower, following, like, and video counts.
  • video.list for your public video list and available video metadata.

Depending on platform availability and permissions, this data may include a platform user ID, username, display name, avatar, biography, profile link, verification status, public video IDs, captions or titles, publish times, share or embed links, and available engagement statistics.

The intended TikTok integration is read-only and does not publish videos or other content to your TikTok account.

For Instagram, YouTube, and other supported services, we may collect similar profile, channel, post, video, and performance data that you authorize and that the platform permits us to access.

Publicly Available Information

The Service may collect or analyze publicly available business, social-media, news, trend, search, sound, hashtag, and competitor signals. We use this information to identify current opportunities, validate findings, and generate content-planning recommendations.

Technical and Usage Information

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and general location derived from IP.
  • Pages or features used, dates and times of access, and referring pages.
  • Application errors, provider-health events, security logs, and diagnostic information.
  • Cookies or similar technologies needed for sign-in, preferences, security, and basic analytics.

Authentication Credentials and Tokens

When a platform uses OAuth or a similar authorization process, we may receive access tokens and refresh tokens. We use them only to operate the connection you requested. We do not receive your TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube password through the standard OAuth process.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide, personalize, and maintain the Service.
  • Connect authorized social-media accounts and retrieve permitted data.
  • Display analytics, trends, content ideas, sounds, searches, hashtags, news, and performance information.
  • Run data-quality checks, authenticity gates, council reviews, and provider-health monitoring.
  • Generate reports, recommendations, alerts, and ready-to-record content plans.
  • Secure the Service, prevent abuse, investigate errors, and troubleshoot integrations.
  • Communicate about access, support, security, policy, and Service updates.
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Improve the Service using aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible.

We do not use connected-platform data to make decisions about a person’s eligibility for employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, or other high-impact opportunities.

3. Legal Grounds for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information:

  • With your consent, including when you authorize a social-media connection.
  • As needed to provide the Service you request or perform a contract with you.
  • For legitimate interests such as security, troubleshooting, Service improvement, and fraud prevention, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Where needed to comply with a legal obligation.

You may withdraw consent or revoke a platform connection. This will not affect processing already performed lawfully.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Connected platforms when required to complete an authorized request.
  • Service providers such as secure hosting, database, monitoring, analytics, email, web-search, data-extraction, and AI providers that help operate the Service.
  • Professional advisers where needed for legal, accounting, security, or compliance matters.
  • Authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements.
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us and under applicable contractual or legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or connected social-media account data.

5. AI-Assisted Processing

Some features may use AI providers to classify public signals, summarize sources, evaluate trends, identify content opportunities, or assist council reviews. We aim to minimize the information sent to those providers and avoid sending authentication secrets.

AI outputs may be inaccurate and are subject to additional automated or human review where available.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

When you disconnect a social-media account, request deletion, or close your Service account, we will delete or de-identify associated information within a reasonable period unless continued retention is required by law, needed for security or fraud prevention, or temporarily present in protected backups.

Platform access and refresh tokens will be deleted or invalidated when they are no longer needed.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These may include restricted access, server-side storage of credentials, encryption in transit, secret management, logging, monitoring, and provider-health checks.

No system or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent.
  • Request a portable copy where applicable.
  • Complain to a competent data-protection authority.

We may need to verify your identity and authority over the relevant account before completing a request.

9. Disconnecting Accounts and Requesting Deletion

You may revoke Alhamd Ecosystem’s access through the settings of the relevant connected platform.

You may request deletion of Alhamd Ecosystem data by following our Data Deletion Instructions or by emailing support@mobilesphone.pk with the subject “Alhamd Ecosystem Data Deletion Request.”

Please include the email address used for the Service and the connected account username or ID. Do not send passwords, API keys, or access tokens by email.

We will verify the request, disconnect relevant integrations where applicable, and delete or de-identify covered data subject to the retention exceptions described above.

10. International Processing

Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use reasonable contractual or other safeguards for international transfers. Data-protection laws in those countries may differ from those in Pakistan.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to third-party websites, platforms, or content. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for those practices.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, law, or platform requirements change. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last Updated” date. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
